Marble Granite & Sandstone, established
in 1962, employs only the most experienced
stone masons in the industry. For over 50
years we have been supplying Sandstone Paving,
Sandstone Cladding, Sandstone Pavers, Sandstone
walls and Sandstone Coping to some of the
most prestigious domestic and commercial
projects in Australia such as Strand Arcade,
Governor Phillip tower, Centrepoint Tower,
MLC Building, Art Gallery of NSW and David
Jones Stores.
Our Sydney factory, located in Leichhardt,
uses the highest quality Italian machinery
in Australia today. This enables us to achieve
the highest quality finish to our stone
work. Using large blocks direct from our
quarries we are able to produce any shape,
size and thickness required, small or large,
residential or commercial we have the sandstone
for you.

Sandstone
Sandstone
is a sedimentary rock composed of small grains
cemented by siliceous, felspathic, or calcareous
cementing material. The durability of rock depends
on the cementing material. Sandstone is often
formed in layers and has varied applications as
building stones. This coarse-grained sedimentary
rock is formed by the consolidation and aggregation
of sand and held together by a natural cement,
such as silica.
